"PROCESO’ has been rolled out to all our retail stores with our front-end colleagues who are facing the customers, the cashiers, the inventory management staff, and we greatly benefited. A great tool that enables excellent collaboration with the store teams with the retail teams.

It immediately appealed to us due to its excellent UI integrated with TEAMS, connects the workforce, compliance on device on identity and location, which is very important for retail, you must be in the store to fill up a particular audit or checklist or survey. Whether you're doing a merchandising checklist, based on the displays, or window dressing checklists, or even digitizing your store operations, like your back-office operations, or cash office operations, day-in operations or multiple levels of approvals. The ability for an admin or champion to create a process and assign it to the stores, at the real time the store is being able to see it, the reminders and the insights that we get out of it, appeals to our business users.

I just wanted to share my experience using Proceso on the TEAMS platform and how it has positively impacted our business. As a company, we made the decision to move away from Wooqer and switch to Proceso because of the incredible features it offers. One of the standout features for us has been the ADFS integration and authentication with TEAMS. This has allowed us to easily share important information with our staff across different locations, ensuring compliance with location, time, and identity requirements. We have been able to use Proceso for audits, checklists, training videos, and even our Knowledge Centre. We also appreciate the better insights and dashboarding that Proceso provides, which is highly customizable and provides us with a clear picture of our business operations. The content sharing is also much more secure within our Azure tenancy compared to what we had with Wooqer. The workflow features with multiple levels of approval have also been incredibly helpful for us. We have been able to set up groups of stores and assign roles and users with ease, allowing for a smooth approval process that adheres to our DOA capabilities with RBAC. Lastly, we are now exploring using Proceso for our Planogram communications to the stores and measuring compliance, which has been a fantastic addition to our operations. I would like to take a moment to appreciate the great support we have received from C3IT. The team has been amazing, very responsive, and always turns around quickly on changes, designs, and wireframes. We have also used their services for building SharePoint applications in Landmark to manage our freight bookings and optimization, and we couldn't be happier with the results. In summary, Proceso has been a game-changer for us, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive and secure platform to manage their business operations.
